Our Shipping Policy:
1.When will my order ship?
Once you complete an order on our website (and receive a confirmation email from us), the order data is sent to our warehouse for processing. In other words, our warehouse needs to accept the order data, process it, and ship out your package.
Under normal circumstances, this takes 1-2 business days and you get a tracking link as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
However, delays ARE possible during busy periods of the year, such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday, or the holiday season. All things considered, you might need to wait slightly longer (2-5 business days) till you get the tracking link for your order.
Last but not least, please note that the delivery estimates you see when completing your purchase DO NOT include order processing time.
If, for example, you choose a 2-3 day shipping option, that doesn’t imply that the package will be delivered to you 2-3 days after you’ve checked out. It is only when you get the tracking link that the delivery estimate countdown begins.
2.How long will the delivery take?
USA Customers: Normally takes 3-10 work days, depending on the shipping method you choose (USPS Standard vs USPS Priority)
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS details below:
APC Postal Logistics (7-10 work days)
DHL Global (8-20 work days)
DHL Express (3-6 work days)
Please Note: Order processing time is not included. During sales or peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas), shipping speeds can be delayed past the stated ones. Please note that the shipping speed is only an estimate, we do not have control of any carrier-related delays.
If you still don’t have your package after this time, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
3.Can I make changes to my address if my order were shipped?
If you placed your order only a few hours ago, please contact us immediately as the window of time to edit the shipping address on the order is short.
We try to ship items as quickly as possible and unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it’s on its way.
If you have a USPS tracking link, however, make sure you check the Forward Mail service on USPS’ website and see if you can schedule to have the package delivered to a different address.
4.Why my order unfulfilled. Should I be worried?
If your order is marked as unfulfilled, there’s no need to worry. It simply means it hasn’t been processed and shipped yet.
During the holiday season or other sales events, we may be working through a high volume of orders, so your order may take slightly longer to fulfill. We know you’re anxious to receive your items, so we thank you for your patience. Rest assured our team is working around the clock to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
Once the package ships, you will get a tracking link and the status of your order will change to fulfilled.
If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you don’t think it was fulfilled, feel free to reach out to us to check progress.
NOTE: Any quoted time estimate for fulfillment count Business Days only. Business Days include only Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays.
So for example, if your order is placed on late Friday, the estimated date for processing is the following Monday/Tuesday.
5.What Should I do if my track NO. not work?
Normally it takes about 1-3 days the shipping company arrange your package be sent out and update the status, please give them days. If you still can’t track your package status after 3 days,you can contact us, we will call the shipping company and check the details for you.
